REMANUFACTURING PROCESS
Every engine is rebuilt to OEM spec and tested before it leaves Korea. Here is exactly how.

The core is fully disassembled down to the bare block. Specialized cleaning equipment strips away carbon, sludge and years of build-up so every surface can be inspected and measured.

Cylinder honing, crankshaft grinding and deck resurfacing are performed to OEM specification at micron tolerance. This is the step a salvaged used engine never receives.

Rebuilt with brand-new wear parts — pistons, rings, bearings, timing components and gaskets — torqued to specified values for consistent, repeatable quality.

Final compression and oil-leak tests on the bench, with gauge-verified inspection. Only units that pass are crated for export — no exceptions.
